Did you Know?

  • Building a new home can often be a "once in a lifetime" experience. Even though you're excited about the process, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and traumatized by all the details once you get rolling. We get it! You need someone who will be patient and answers all your questions … someone easy to talk to.
  • Not every attic space is ripe for conversion. Building codes specify that finished ceilings be a certain height—7 feet 6 inches over a minimum of 70 sq. ft. of floor area is a typical requirement. Also, have your floor joists inspected by a structural engineer to make sure they'll support added weight.
